As you can see even this home built in 2005 is not defect free. The owner of this property was reluctant to pay the $320.00 fee because the home, "was new and it should be fine". Right?. The entire HVAC duct system had open seams at their points of connection. This could COST THOUSANDS of additional dollars in lost energy. I guess he made his money back and then some. Most Home Owners would write their high electricity bill off as being part of owning such a big home and never know the money is literally flying out window or attic?:)
